This might be a story or not, but Cummings being present in itself doesnt mean a thing

If he dictated the outcome of the meeting then fair enough, but just being present doesnt indicate that he skewed the narrative that came out of meetings

In these sorts of meetings you may well get other stakeholders present, and they often provide structure to the meeting, ensure that the focus remains on the objectives.

I understand he seems very dislikeable and the rest, but people are so quick to let a story influence their outrage when it fits their own narrative.
