Which is why we need to get things under control and put in a plan to keep it that way while easing the restrictions.

Many countries are in this situation because they took so long doing anything meaningful (for whatever reason) despite lots knowing what was coming.

Looks like we might be going down the test and trace route here or of course it could be just more promises which won’t be kept in order to pursue a different strategy and ‘run it hot’
