that if we keep deaths below 20,000 then we’ve done well, which deaths was he referring to? Just deaths in hospitals,or all Covid related ones? We’re not far off that figure now including hospitals and care homes, so have we not done well?
3 weeks did the general public think he just meant hospital deaths?
Tbh I really don’t mind which figures they relate to but a simple rule is comparing like for like. Or as you say, consistency.Otherwise people might feel misled.
