then I don't think we would get all that far in court. Villa on the other hand would have a stupendously strong case, given they got to play fewer games than the teams above them.

West Brom could be an issue though, but again, I don't think there is such a strong legal case for not being promoted, compared with being relegated, if a season is cancelled.
