Put 6 good quality butchers sausage in a casserole dish for around 45 mins total (feeds 3)
To prepare sticky bbq sauce
Small saucy pan
Chopped onion
4 rashers cooked smokey bacon cut into small pieces
Big Squirt of bbq sauce
Smaller squirt of brown sauce
Half cup of water
Cook it on high heat continuously stirring to a hive thick consistency - taste test to see if more sauce is required
When sausages are halfway cooked add bbq sauce
5 minutes before sausages are fully cooked add a generous topping of grated strong cheddar (optional)
Chuck it into a Crusty french tiger stick and have with thick cut chips with or without cheese
Beer to accompany
