Seriously, this works If the bowl isn’t really full

Stand on a chair in front of the bowl and pour half a bucket of water from a height. The impact of the water will clear the blockage. It nearly always works and there should be surprisingly little splashing. If the bowl is full though I’d just try a stick to move the stuff about unroll the water level goes down.
