I think you misunderstood my question

Russia is part in Europe, part not in Europe. The bit that is in Europe is bigger than any other country in Europe.

So, is the question after the second biggest country which has any part in Europe, or the country that accounts for the second biggest part of Europe. It's a different answer depending on which it is.

In any case, Saucerer has confirmed it's the former!
