The Lancet - Study on cohort of 137 patients in Wuhan shows that virus can be passed on by viral shedding between 8 and 37 days after infection with the median being 20 days.
So you can be infectious and passing it on at least a month after catching it - and have no symptoms yourself.
That means peak deaths, plus 6 weeks to even consider relaxing lockdown in certain areas (not football) plus another 6 weeks to drastically lower infectious spreader numbers. Sounds like early May plus 3 months (so early August) before football can restart.
And that is basically next season.
