Does Not mean that anyone can spout any old bollocks on an equal platform with no responsibility for what they say.

People have undertaken criminal damage on the basis of the kind of things he's propagating - the kinds of stuff he's saying is basically slander too.

Broadcasters *have* to take some responsibility for disseminating this kind of thing because there is a small, but significant proportion of the audience who are ill equipped to discern what is nonsense.

That has an impact on all of us.
