Should Matt Hancock really be swanning about doing press conferences, news interviews and

opening a new bl**dy hospital about 7 days after he tested positive for coronavirus.

I know the government has been saying 7 days but WHO says 14 and they don't absolutely know how long people stay infectious. Just seems a bit blasé to me.
