PM; Proth - was it you asking about Ocado t'other day?

We've been with them for 3 years or more. Unbeatable customer service and not as expensive as you might expect.

We have a pre-cooked weekly delivery slot on a Thu evening and they put a basic shop in for you each week, that we then edit.

A mixture of Waitrose and Ocado own goods, the Waitrose versions a bit dearer. They do a price check each week against over chains to provide some assurance of value.

Never a quibble over returns or problems, always money back.

It's been a problem recently until they beefed up their servers and web app... 65,000th in the queue, a wait of over 4 hours! But fine now.

They are moving their partnering from Waitrose to M&S Food later this year... maybe delayed now though?

Anyway Saul Goodman for us, found it much better than Sainsbury and Tesco, which I've used in the past.
