No way of dressing it up those are pretty devastating figures

Only ray of light is that the positive cases are not growing exponentially.

One can only hope that the figures for the last two days reflect something of a backlog in processing deaths and the next two days will not see such huge rises.

I think the measures we have brought in will work to slow it down soon but really beginning to struggle to understand why they did everything so slowly at the outset when we had enough warning.

I would also be very interested to know what drug treatments we are trying and whether any are showing signs of success. Never seems to be much about that in the media.
