Been offered a paycut by my job

no reduction in hours. Suspect when client who gets billed for my time asks my company to downsize the teams then we get furloughed or made redundant. Obviously grateful for 100% of anything in the circumstances. Anything I need in writing beyond confirming a time limit on reduction and severance conditions?
