season ticket refunds are interesting

do you do it as a flat rate per match pro rata, or do you make an allowance for the fringe benefits of the season ticket before pro rating it?

Do you make it so anyone taking a full refund is deemed to have handed back the ticket, or let them keep their seat for next season regardless?
