If they dont finish this season, it will destroy future seasons.

Why do you think they are going to all this trouble to play this season out.
It would be so easy to go.....Pufffff...... void the season.

Then what?..........the biggest cluster f**k of all time which could not be undone.

Future seasons start from zero so it doesn't matter if they run longer or start a bit later.
