re meds, dunno if you are doing this but we are getting (wherever poss) meds delivered by boots/others. it's £5 a pop so trying to admin it efficiently (not easy) but i'm getting a bit stresserooni stood in pharma queues all the time. some of the time they can't provide certain things so have no choice but to risk it but it's something to consider if you haven't already mon amis.
