Pausing Sky Sports

I just signed into the Sky website and paused my Sky Sports package. It says "Your Sky Sports channels plus your recordings will remain available."

If the channels are still going to remain available then you have to wonder why anyone would choose not to pause their subscription.

Sky should be doing this automatically rather continuing to change their customers for getting nothing.
