If their very high skilled engineering team can design, build, test, have approved, and manufacture 10,000 of these in three weeks, then they are superstars.

But it is reasonable to ask whether this is going to happen given zero background in medical equipment. If it's all puff then it's effort in the wrong direction.

This is a pretty reasonable question to ask, particularly given that government minister's car crash interview on Newsnight yesterday, where it look like Emily Maitlis was going to punch him.
