So these pin pr**k tests

Is that just going to lead to people declaring themselves clear and ignoring the lockdown once they have tested themselves or do we think the government are intending to oversee this testing in some way, shape or form?Sounds like a bit of a recipe for chaos if they just let everyone test themselves and then go about their business as they think fit.
