I washed and chopped 500g of habaneros a month ago, with gloves

but decided to save some seeds to plant.

I separated the seeds from one on the palm of my hand without gloves -- they were there for about 30 seconds.

To cut the story short, I spent about 5-6 in f**king agony with my hand feeling like it had a hot coal in it, even after I'd scruibbed it with soap and a brush, olive oil, bicarbonate and any other remedy you can find on the internet.

The only thing that provided relief was ice and holding it under a running tap. If I'd got that that s**t in my eye on my cock I'd have been in real trouble
