Do be careful when riding (serious point)

Don’t want to clutter up A & E with an avoidable injury at the moment.

The bike shop will be able to sort a smart trainer as well, if not that cheap. Wahoo do good ones, mine’s a Tacx, which is ok but I’d like better.
