Everyone I've spoken to in our apart from a few oldies who reckon they won't self isolate are being sensible about the whole thing. I've been to the co op and Tesco and there are signs up saying '2 per person' and the majority understand the seriousness of the situation. Every single country will have morons and f**kwits who only care for themselves - thankfully it's the minority don't pretend otherwise.
