lets be honest if this goes on for a few months people will get bored and try to get it

If they are healthy - the test to say if you have it will be great - assume some kind of pass will allow those people to carry on as normal. Without this it will just cripple the economy and there will be riots general looting and tomfoolery. Also it will allow us to protect the vulnerable by not exposing them to people who could carry the virus. in my option a lot hangs on this test.
