if the premier league voted to amend the rules and freeze the league who would vote yes?

clearly the top 5 as that guarantees European football next season ( if it happens!). and unlikely for anyone to beat Liverpool

then those currently in danger of relegation, Newcastle, Southampton,Brighton, west ham, watford. would also vote in favour.

clearly the bottom 3 would vote against it as I suspect would wolves, Sheffield spurs arsenal as euro spaces are reachable

that leave only burnley, crystal palace and Everton to vote who in reality are unlikely to be top 5 or bottom 3. In their place I would vote to freeze as safer to not be relegated than miss out of Europe games.

I understand they need 75% to change rules which would be not happen?
