there will be very strict protocols to be followed

we f**ked up in iraq and informed a family their lad had been killed when he hadn't. i know it appears to be a good outcome on the face of it and yes it is but even now i can't stop imagining how f**king awful that was for the wife, their kids and the relatives at the time. very bad admin. shouldn't be getting stuff like that wrong it's just unforgivable.
