At work for 4 years we've had standards passed antibacterial wash

It was stringently checked that we get hand liquid that actually kills germs.

Lotions and hand sanitisers don't pass germ killing tests.

Since Corona kicked off suddenly theres's hand sanitisers on every door next to the actual stuff which works.

Why?
