I suspect Prem II doesn't mean what a lot of people think it does

It isn't another division of the Prem, with the Prem riches spread over more clubs (that's EXACTLY what the Prem was set up to avoid and the Prem clubs will never ever agree to it). It is the Champs breaking away from the other lower leagues so they can keep a bigger share of the EFL TV cash (relatively pitiful compared To the Prem) .
