To be fair our curve/stats are better than France, Spain, Italy and Germany

And in terms of cases numbers are lower than many less populated European countries (although that may be influenced by testing levels) so you could say that so far the numbers suggest we’ve managed it better than some of these other countries.

Time will tell though. If cases abs deaths suddenly slow elsewhere due to the new measures and ours spike then questions will no doubt be asked.
