It's like saying they want to keep the schools open because

if kids stay at home or with grandparents they might give it to them.

But if they're not at school surely they're less likely to get it to pass it on? Kids are filthy and it'll run through a school easily. The kids will then pass it on to parents and grandparents anyway?

I don't understand.
