It's not the effect it will have on the young and fit that's the issue

it's those people giving it to already sick and / or old people that's the problem.

The overwhelming majority of people won't die, but shouldn't we try to protect the most vulnerable?

Some of those old / sick people would die of flu, but all the data shows this is more potent than flu.
