I think there is everywhere. The death numbers in Italy suggest the number of cases has

been understated significantly because otherwise its up at about 5%!

I suspect here loads of people have it who haven't been tested as will be the case almost everywhere except maybe somewhere like South Korea who went testing crazy!

All these death rates seem to me to be overstated purely because for every person who has had bad enough symptoms to be tested or has knowingly come into contact with infected people there must be loads who have not been tested but probably have it.
