I'm travelling back from Goa in a few days.

Via Mumbai and Doha to Manchester. Then coming to Norfolk the following weekend. Qatar have already bumped the flight twice and the state have banned entry from about a dozen countries including India.
There's currently no real(reported) issue here, but Mumbai, Delhi, and Doha are massive international hubs, and given the density of population along with generally poor sanitation and education standards, it would be f**king carnage if this thing managed to get a foothold.
