They did but the hygeine and sanitation conditions in the Uk are also, I would imagine

a lot better than in parts of provincial china.

My point really was that if China can limit the number of cases to under 100,000 then it will be ridiculous if we end up with the sort of numbers being infected as is being banded about in the media. Ridiculous and a complete failure of the government and health advisers.
