I really don’t think it is Ralph ....

I don’t disagree that they don’t know what to do,but who should they listen to? People are dying all over the world there seems to be no hard and fast” these are the rules” other than washing hands...if someone on a football forum can tell me and them what they are doing wrong,what is it?
