Coronavirus figures and claims in UK media seem wrong....?
TV news talk of 50,000 in the UK will need to go into hospital but that seems an understatement when figures from other countries are that about 20% of people infected will need hospital treatment and up to a quarter of those die.
UK only has about 4,000 intensive care beds, 4/5ths are already full and not enough staff to have many more.
