I think the measured response so far has been quite impressive but what I don;t understand

is how we intend to contain this if (as seems to be the case) we are not restricting the ability of people to travel to the Uk from places where this virus is more prominent or even testing people when they arrive from those sorts of places. Surely that is the first thing you do if you want to limit the spread otherwise people can just keep coming to (or back to) the UK with the virus.
