there are many possibles: injuries, poor tactics, bad team selection, some players underperforming, young players learning on the job, poor transfers have all contributed imo.

But I think its a bit disrespectful to a team that won the Championship last season playing the best football we have seen in years, to suggest that they were simply not good enough to stay up without a few signings.

And as Jim has suggested, I firmly believe that this group of players is way better than 21 points suggests at this stage in the season. Regardless of the fact we haven't spent loads of money.
