I think you're being overly harsh on our players

they were better than Sheffield United last season, and Sheff Utd haven't added that much to their team - we have actually changed our team more than they have from last year.

Of course they have adapted to the Prem way better than us and are much better than us right now. But I think Jim is right that much of that is down to organisation and playing to their strengths. In terms of quality of individual players in the squads, I think more of ours will go on to play for clubs at the highest level.

We got unlucky with the injury crisis, but also reacted poorly to it, changing too much of the way we play because of a few hidings when we had key defenders out. While Sheff Utd have basically continued where they left off last season - playing to their strengths.
