iirc they were totl when evans handed out a 5 year contract no doubt thinking it would be a huge signal to team/fans/staff and undoubtably serve to give huge momentum to the project. he wouldn't be that stupid not to put in performance clauses. the bottom line though is it appears to be a s**t project and the 5 year contract f**kup will only serve to wreck it beyond repair, until there is regime change. hey ho.
