thinks they might get disrupted and miss client SLAs/milestones etc:

Dust off those contracts to see how quickly you need to get your relief notices in / what the force majeure clause requirements are. No good missing out on these by being too late to notify customers. Also check how you're supposed to notify - a phone call or email might not cut it.

Reverse applies if you're a customer managing a supply chain (or have dependencies to meet that you might miss and dont want to be penalised with extra costs)
