wash your hands, a lot. it is nigh on impossible to avoid cross-contamination as you go about your day so frequent thorough handwashing will help reduce the risk.

lot of people don't know how to wash their hands effectively and the govt should be putting out advice in the media. but they can't be faffed so here's one i made earlier User Posted Link
