Yes, a top floor (2nd floor) flat

I have had 3 neighbours in 15 years (2 singles, one couple, we are both in 1 bed flats) and I haven't heard a peep out of any of them. Like it so much that I am buying the neighbour flat with a view to renting, easy to keep an eye on !!
