How could he possibly not see Maguire?

De Gea is standing up, Sigurdsson is lying down, so he could easily see over him. Not really in his line of sight at all. I bet he could see Maguire from head to toe.
I expected it to be called, as those usually are, but I'd have totally understood if it was allowed.
