"there is zero pressure on this coaching staff or team to stay up" - presumambly you mean no threat of the sack? You think that works best, operating with an axe over your head?

You don't think they want what's best for themselves, even if not for the club? Whether it be the possibility of moving on to better things, or bonuses, let alone their own pride?
