We really lack a ball playing CM

Baffles me how we continue to play with this Tettey/McLean midfield. How often do we see Tettey with the ball inside the opposition half trying to pick a pass? It does not work. We are crying out for a Vrancic or heaven forbid, Leitner.

The best user of the ball at the club and the best player at the club, neither involved today again. And people still think we play #farkeball.
