Protecting your body is natural

Unnatural position is when your arms are away from your body and in a position you wouldn’t expect

That’s why when players keep their arms deliberately in it looks a bit unnatural but you won’t get called for handball if it hits them

You certainly wouldn’t walk down the street like that
