I thought it was terrible

A whole series of utter cliches badly joined together with lots of famous faces doing embarrassed cameos and then buffering off with the loot. Just terrible.

Sam Mendes was a genius when young. American Beauty is one of the best films ever made. But he’s shot his bolt now.
