Its an issue with the laws that has been highlighted by VAR really isn;t it

If we weren't using VAR it probably wouldn't be an issue but because we are its become one. So like many of these things yes its not VAR's fault but its VAR coming in alongside rules that have not yet been adapted to allow for it's use.
