Starting with...... we win 5 and draw 1, including wins over Preston,Wolves and Cardiff to finish on 69 points.
Stick with me.....
Preston beat Crewe and Plymouth and draw with Coventry and Wolves, lose the others(Leeds and us home Hull Leicester away)....= 68 points.
Wolves Win v Coventry and Sheff Weds home, draw with Preston and Plymouth away lose the rest (Luton Watford at home, Us away)...=68 points
Cardiff can beat Q.P.R. home and Coventry and Crewe away, and lose the rest (Us,Reading Sheff Utd, at home and Southampton away. = 67 points.
WOW!!! we are in the play offs!!!
What a remarkable season!! ?
O.k. a bit far fetched, but it is something to ponder over...........
