In your other response you highlighted the everyday misogyny you see in other contexts.
So, so much of it is balance. Giving a fair hearing to both the accused and the person they blame.
And, to circle back to the original point, its mostly nuanced, always confidential and thus how and if it is discussed in the organisation afterwards will always be, necessarily incomplete, with neither side 'happy'.
